We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer an exchange of an item within 7 days*. For hygiene purpose, If you need to return a faulty sleepwear set to us, kindly ensure that it is unworn. Any used sleep wear can not be exchanged or refunded.
Items returned with Smells of perfume, stains or foreign bodies such as pet hair etc will be sent back to customers.
All discounted items are non exchangeable or Refundable
We do not offer free returns all items must be returned tracked.

Securely repack your unworn items with tags intact in their original packaging
Send us an email with the code and color of the item you wish to return, and specify which you want to be exchanged with.
We will reply as soon as possible with step by step process on how to return to us.
